A great opportunity to clean the gutters on this half residential half commercial property in the town centre of Cleveleys.
The Jewellers Workbench contacted us due to damp appearing within the flat above the shop. As you can see from the pictures below the local wildlife enjoyed filling up these gutters causing water ingress within the property.
The flat roof at the rear made access a little easier than expected. This allowed us to get up there and really make sure all growths were removed.
Around the front was a little harder and needed a two-man team. One of us to complete the work and one to keep the public safe at all times.
When gutter cleaning we are solving a number of issues all in one service. We are clearing out the gutters initially so all water can flow freely through and disperse away from the property. In turn we are stopping water Ingress into the property which can cause costly repairs to get fixed correctly. Additionally, our clients get before and after pictures of their gutters so they can rest assured everything has been removed. We can also advise on any minor roofing works that maybe needed in the near future to give our client the heads up.
We really enjoyed helping The Jewellers Workbench keep on top of their property maintenance and gutter cleaning needs from a commercial and residential perspective and look forward to working with them again soon.
