It is that time of year already and here at Clean My we would like to spread some festive cheer with our final blog post of the year!
We would just like to stop and reflect on 2023 and realise how much we have achieved and grown. This wouldn’t have been possible without out amazing customers who support us year in year out, so we would like to say a massive thank you to you for this.
Also, a massive thank you to all our colleagues that have worked so hard for the business this year and helped made things possible.
During this month here at Clean My we have completed a wide verity of jobs from gutter clearing, window cleaning and roof cleaning!
One job that has stood out to us this month was a domestic and commercial gutter clearing job. We first received correspondence from Debbie via our website requesting a quote for her lovely property in Poulton Le Fylde. We happily went about quoting this work remotely via google earth and sending our quote via what’s app. This method of quoting we have implemented into the business allows us to provide fast and efficient quotes to all our customers wherever we might be when the lead comes into us and also saves the business time and money travelling to the client’s property, quoting and then sending quote via email.
Thankfully, Debbie accepted our quote via what’s app and we got this booked in. A lovely domestic home featuring 3 stories of gutters on all 4 sides. We set to work with out state of the art gutter clearing machine and promptly got before and after pictures with our go pro system so we can show the customer these pics and they can rest assured all gutters are cleared and flowing correctly.
Once the work was completed and we spent some time getting to know our customer Debbie, we also came across another opportunity. Our client also owns some commercial properties locally which desperately need some TLC. We will submit this quote for all gutters to be cleared as soon as possible to help stop further water ingress or damage to the properties and we look forward to working on this project in early 2024.
