The Manor Apartments in Poulton Le Fylde is located on a quiet residential housing estate. We received Norma’s enquiry through our website requesting our gutter cleaning services.
Norma is the contracts director at the Manor Apartments and keeps on top of the maintenance of the site, they tend to have their gutters cleared every year due to the wildlife reserve at the back of the property which is home to birds and trees.
Over the course of the year and seasons the trees leaves and birds nesting materials find their way into the gutters and causing them to block and stop the flow of rain water.
On approval of an appropriate time to visit the site, we went and met Norma to survey the job and promptly sent her thought our quote withing the following 24 hours.
During our site visit we could see that this job was set up for a 2 man team and required strength and patients to precisely clear out the gutters situated 3 stories up.
Thankfully, with our extensive team of highly trained operatives, top of the range gutter cleaning vacuum and Go Pro we could rest assured that we got every last bit out of these gutters and also took the opportunity to get some before and after pictures for our client Norma so she could show them round at their monthly committee meeting.
This size of project took 2 men just under a full day’s work to complete and now the building which is home to over 20 apartments will have free flowing gutters for the next 12 months and will also help keep the damp away from this wonder property.
We really enjoyed this project and we look forward to coming back here in 2023 for the properties maintenance gutter clean.
