Another 6 months has past since we first tackled this mixed-use property in Preston, Lancashire.
Our client Redfox & Peacock who own several properties around the local area reached out last year due to water ingress into what seemed to be all but one of their properties in the portfolio.
Already knowing the importance of maintaining the gutters on their properties they were keen to stop the water ingress with an initial deep clean back in 2023 with a contract to re visit every 6 months to keep all properties in tip top shape with our Gutter Cleaning Services.
All properties are situated in the Preston area and are either located near the coast causing high volume of sand to collect in the gutters and in highly tree lined areas which also causes the settling of leaves and debris.
Even though we do charge for our services! We are committed to saving our clients a stack of money in the long run as if they didn’t look after their guttering systems this could turn into repair bills facing the £100,000 mark over the whole portfolio!! It is safe to say we are glad to be helping out not just with our services but also financially to our loyal customers.
As our client has several properties, we are able to commit to a full working week every 6 months solely to accommodate their gutter cleaning and maintenance needs.
