PROJECT: Residential/Commercial Gutter cleaning

It has been a pleasure to bring this iconic Fylde Coast building onto our annual gutter cleaning schedule. Steeped in history dating back to the 1800’s when the locally famous Miller Family built their family home, it was recently extended back in 2006 and the use of the building was changed into 21 luxurious apartments.
Our initial contact with the maintenance committee came through our website back at the start of September. After being advised that the gutters had not been cleared for over 2 years and the building surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees, we knew there would be a considerable amount of work to get this fantastic building back up the standard and to help dry out and hopefully eliminate some problem damp patches in a couple of the communal areas throughout the building.
We arranged a couple of
visits to survey the property to really get an understanding of the work involved and how we would go about tackling this type of project. A two-man set up consisting of one on the gutter vac and one using the Go Pro extendable pole we set about clearing the gutters out in a very calm and methodical manner, taking before and after pictures of all gutters and down pipes so we could rest assured that we can completed the job to the highest standard possible.
Once completed we ran through all our progress with the director of the maintenance committee, ran through the before and after pictures, advised on any repairs that may require attention and set about getting a date in the diary to re visit in Autum 2024.
We would like to thank Singleton Hall for their help and co-operation whilst we were on site and we look looking to maintaining this building for many more years to come.
