PROJECT: Car park power wash and re sanding

Spring is finally around the corner and our regular property management companies have been in touch to help get their sites back to looking brand new!
This month we took on this 15-car parking space Jet Washing project, along with the surface being block paving we also had to finish this task in a timely manner to allow the area to complete dry before we headed back to re sand the area as after power washing, we will remove the top layer of sand underneath the surface.
This is absolutely crucial after jet washing a block paved area to prevent sagging and weeds growing through the joins of the blocks.
After 2 days of methodically covering all areas of the car park we finally got to the drying stage and thankfully we got a good few days and the area was ready for sanding by the end of the week.
Looking back at the work we had completed really gave the team at clean a great sense of job satisfaction and all the residents loved the new look of the car park!
