PROJECT: Royal Oak Apartments, Block of 16

This month gave us the opportinity to quote for the builders/ end of construction window cleaning at the Royal Oak Apartments situated In the historic town of Poulton Le Fylde.
Our great friend Dan at HoneyBee Cleaning contacted us as this project of 16 apartments was coming to a welcome end.
A really exciting project for us at Clean My as our Managing Director Dec grew up on the road where the apartments have been built.
A different one for us to quote due to the health and saftey at the side of the property which edges very close to a busy main road. Time management is in order for this job along with a 2 man work force will help keep everyone safe and the windows clean for the new residence.
Initially all glass, frames, sills and doors will received a deep chemical clean and all concrete to be removed to help get these beautiful floor to roof windows up to a correct and acceptable level. Half a day featuring a 2 man working set up will get this job done as overall access to good from the internal car park.
Moving forward we have been fortunate enough to be looking after this building on a 4 weekly basis for all window cleaning needs. We love working with and creating relationships with property management companies as we can offer a full turn key service which allows a stress free solution to all their exterior cleaning needs.
We cant wait to put the finish touches to this awesome project and we look forward to working with HoneyBee Cleaning and Fylde Joinery for many more projects to come!
