The start of spring and one of our lovely regular customers Dawn wanted to give her property that new home feeling once again by signing up to our Clean My Membership. A monthly exterior cleaning subscription where we look after out customers homes for a small monthly fee which gives our clients piece of mind that all the little jobs are booked in through the year to help protect and maintain their home.
We decided to start from the top of this property with the roof. A new roof around 4 years old however it was already showing signs of deterioration. We set to work, surveying the roof for any imperfections before we started the application of our biocide treatment.
When roof cleaning, we apply the biocide to the roof as this gets to work straight away on the face surface of the roof tile, suffocating any moss or algi that might still be present but also providing a protection to the roof to help stop any further grown for up to 2 years. Here at Clean My do advise that our roof cleaning customers should re-treat their roof every 12 months if they are to keep their roof looking in tip top condition and giving that look of a newly installed roof for the duration of its life.
