Earlier this month our customer contacted us via our website to help clear out his gutters due to them not flowing. We arranged a site visit and upon inspection we knew that gutter clearing just wasn’t going to make any difference at all to the customers concerns.
As we walked about their property it was clear to see that the guttering was beyond repair and ultimately starting to cause damp at each elevation of the property.
The first point of call was to have an honest and transparent conversation explaining the defects of the guttering system as we walked around the property. It was also clear to see to the customer that it was time to renew the guttering on his property for a long-term gain and to be more cost effective throughout his whole property.
After getting back to our customer within 2 working days we had sent over the quote for UPVC replacement at his property and had the green light straight away after our conversation initially, building rapport and trust with the customer.
Our quote included all labour and materials and also to supply and fit all UPVC guttering. This quote is a complete hands-off experience for our customers giving them trust and piece of mind that the job is being done to the highest standard. We take pictured before, during and after so the customer can see all stages of the process of replacing their UPVC.
As you can see from the pictures below after stripping down the old UPVC guttering we noticed all the original wooden fascia board was rotten. Thankfully at this time to customer was in so we could have a transparent conversation about their options to repair this.
Two days later the UPVC guttering system was all brand new and following correct. During this process we also added a brand new secondary downpipe at the side of the property so both front and back can drain off into the waste drain below.
To finish off our project we brought in one of our exterior cleaning vans to the job just to give all white UPVC that had been replaced a once over to get rid of any dirty and unsightly hand marks. We also set about chemically cleaning all windows just to add that little extra finishing touches.
During UPVC replacement, guttering has been removed. New fascia board at front installed. Pre work for new guttering system to be installed.
AFTER! And fully complete. All flowing correctly and cleaned free of dirty marks during install.
